  • Stopped by to get a caffeinated beverage and I saw the sign outside for the "Afternoon Snack" and when I asked the girl about it, she told me that it had ended...an hour ago. :( (Pet Peeve: If deal is over, PLEASE REMOVE THE SIGN. There is nothing worse than knowing that you missed a "deal". Not to mention that it's somewhat misleading.) Anyway, I prodded some more as to what I missed, how much it was, hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Girl who took my order wasn't so sure about the price (~$6.50), but she told me that it included either a Cap/Latté + a cannoli. JUST. SHOOT. ME. NOW. It was around 7pm and there were a whack loada cannolis left. How difficult would it have been to ask the manager if they could extend the deal for me to make some more money before closing time??!! To me, it's a no-brainer, win-win situation. Illy makes more money and I walk away a happy, fatter customer.
