Omgggggg don't do it!! Worst customer service ever!! They over Charge and overbook their flights..... They don't include meals or snacks on long flights andddd will lose or as they call it "delay" the arrival of your luggage. The delayed luggage will then be sent to you notttt on the next available flight but instead two days later after it does a trip all around the world. Best part is they are aware of the quality of their customer service levels sooooo the methods of communication available are by mail, fax, or email NOT by phone because that would be too convenient for their customers.
