This is a very difficult workout but I definitely recommend it if you need something to change up your routine. As a dance teacher and gym girl, I needed something else to change up my workouts. I went religiously for 3 months. Although I did not physically see any major changes in my body, I did feel stronger in my small muscles that you don't really see but are there. My legs always shook through the workouts and by the end of month 3 they were barely shaking and I was making through an entire class. Again, although the results on the outside were slight, I know all my deep muscles were much stronger and tighter. It did make me feel very good and I enjoyed all of the instructors.
