Worst car rental experience. My friend is an elite member and he picked up the key first as they closed at 530p. He got his ride from me so we could drive both his car and the rental car back. When we went to pick up the rental car, the car was not only not wash, it was like someone just took it back from an offroad ride. It was filthy and I don't remember my own car ever getting this filthy for as long as I own a car. I uploaded some pics and you can judge it for yourself.
Since the place was closed, we called 24-hour customer service hoping we could get reimbursed for the car wash and we waited for 25 mins to speak with a person. Not only they didn't agree to reimburse, they said that we had to speak with people from that specific rental location to make sure we get reimbursed at which it was closed. I lost my patience at that time as we were on the phone for over 35 mins speaking with two different people which one of them was the supervisor. I told the guy that he was losing a valuable customer by not making a smart decision to agree to reimburse the car wash which something they should have it done to begin with. He said that wasn't the option. Smh. The conversation got nowhere and it got escalated and he hung up on us. What kind of service is that? I don't think I have ever had such a lousy service anywhere with any type of business. At this time, it was 8pm and we left the rental place with no car. No one should ever leave a car rental with a dirty car let alone an utterly filthy one.
Now at this hour we have to find another car and i am totally disgusted with the whole experience. I hope no one had to go through what we went through. Hours wasted and yet no car. Learn from our experience. Sigh.
