  • As I was leaving the store the gentleman yelled our next sale will be in 6 months. Two days later it's another best sale of the year on their website! Unless it's the most expensive model they don't want to listen. I wouldn't trust them for any services once the hot tub arrived. The guy was pretty sarcastic and pushy. If I were to guess, he likely has at least eight cats. Update. Purchased a Dimension One Spa in Gilbert with great customer service and an owner who cares! Jeff and associate. You guys really should be more polite, less pushy, and NOT lie to customers. How dare you be rude to customers.
