  • A must for the safety of your family! During the inspection process of our home purchase, we discovered some water leaking from a bath tub. I was assured by the selling agent that there was no damage and results like that were typical for water leaks. I had my doubts and wanted to know for sure. I'm so relieved I chose Carity IAQ Solutions to do testing as he discovered black mold! Not only was Adam extremely thorough in his inspection but he also facilitated the remediation which I could have never done on my own. The remediation was followed by more testing and air scrubbing to be sure there were no dangerous particles that could be inhaled by myself or my kids. Had we not chosen Carity IAQ Solutions my family could have inhaled toxic particles that could have made them so sick! Adam definitely cares about his customers and their families and it shows in his work. Thank you again!
