rev:text	Well, well, well. We actually decided to stay at the Monte Carlo because this Pub is located here. My husband LOVES to try new beers and this place has a sick beer list. They were running a Happy Hour from 3-6pm and we literally could not wait for 3 to roll around so we could come here. Upon arriving, the hostess seemed almost annoyed to greet us. We asked if we could sit outside and she said "yes" and never took the initiative to show us to a table so we just ventured over there on our own. Once we got to the patio, we saw that all but two of the tables with umbrellas were already taken BUT those open tables were completely covered in dirty dishes and glasses. I guess it was for the best because the music blaring from the pool area was so unbelievably loud that we wouldn't have been able to hold a conversation anyways, yet alone relax. So back inside it was. This place is HUGE and there was maybe 15 people in there. We weren't sure where to sit so my husband politely asked a bartender if there was somewhere in particular we should sit and in THE MOST RUDE AND SNOTTY TONE he replies, "This bar is closed. Go to the other side." To be honest, I was in shock that he responded like that, especially after the rudeness we received from the hostess. We walk a little further and my husband turns to me and says, "You know what, I don't want to spend our money here after how we have been treated." I COMPLETELY AGREED and we left without spending a penny. Such a shame. We were really looking forward to this place. The Pub needs to train their employees on customer service. I don't care if the customer is the biggest ass ever (which we totally are not), what happened to service with a smile??
