I've been to this Best Buy several times already, and I don't know why I keep going back. Maybe it's because it's conveniently close by and I'm just too lazy to drive to the Summerlin store?
Anyways, I'm going to repeat what's already been said in the other reviews. The store has the worse customer service. The only time an employee will acknowledge you is the greeter when you set foot inside the store. You'll see employees with clipboards walking around aimlessly pretending they're busy or taking inventory. I've had three employees barely giving me a glimpse then walk pass me. I've had 1 employee look over my area and as I walked towards him he turned away pretending he was needed elsewhere only to find that same employee duck behind the gaming department pretending he was fixing the shelves. Absolutely ridiculous.
The only time you'll get decent customer service is if they have knowledge of a secret shopper walking about the store.
At this store you literally have to chase down someone to get help otherwise you'll stand there for 10-15 minutes only to realize that the employees at this Best Buy will only walk by you. And don't bother with the ones carrying the clipboards. They're too busy pretending to look busy pointing at the air making it look like they're counting boxes and taking imaginary inventory to help you out.
