  • Worst nail job I've ever had. First, on their sample of nails, I choose a glitter color. It says all those colors on that nail sample are $38 though they charged me $55 for hands and $45 for feet, in addition to the $25 for pedicure. It should have been $25 + $38 + $38. Not $25 + $45 + $55. Then, my nail job was so sloppy. The technician did not know how to put on the big loose glitter. Instead of padding it down, she filed, applied polish, filed, applied polish over and over and over again. When I started counting it was 11 times. Only 7 nails were smooth on top, bumpy but smooth. The other 3 were rough like sand paper. The tip edges were filed and not covered with polish so all 10 nails were had rough tip edges. During my nails, she walked off 4 times to set up a pedicure for a walk-in and went around writing stuff down on a clip board. I was just left there hanging. Then too top it off, she was getting upset that it was taking her a lot of work on my hands, even another customer asked her if she was stressed. She said no but the customer told her that she looked stressed. She made a couple of inappropriate comments to yet another customer when the customer asked to see my nails and when the technician cut herself, she snapped at me-I cut myself! I said I'm sorry then she said I cut ME not YOU! Like it was my fault. It wasn't my fault she didn't know how to do them. I felt so uncomfortable. I tried to stay quiet and smile at her because I was uncomfortable at the fact that I was made to feel bad. I arrived at 1:45, got started at 2:00 and didn't leave until 4:43. I've never paid over a hundred dollars for a pedicure and a full set before anywhere else for glitter nails. This was over priced and a CRAPPY JOB, not to mention the treatment. You really have to see my nails in person so see how crappy they turned out. Please don't come here. Is hate for anyone to experience this.
