  • I moved into Lotus Apartments sight unseen from Chicago and am happy to have found such a gem near the strip! it's a brand new building and some amenities will be finished in May but totally worth it to have pristine facilities. The fitness center and resident lounge are complete, along with brand new appliances and high quality finishes in my unit. It is great to have a secure and new oasis awaiting me after long days at work! The location can't be beat with just two stops on the bus to get to the strip ( which is right across from the apartment) and all of China town with its fun eateries, bars etc one block away. I am excited to see this place develop more and more. Everybody in the leasing office is beyond nice and helpful. I highly recommend these apartments if you want resort style, modern living near the strip!
