  • I just recently relocated to Charlotte, for my internship in Uptown. I attend school in DC and get my nails done at one of the nicest salons in the area. So, I needed a place that could level up to the service I am use to. I found this place when I went to BWW and decided to try it out, after heavy convincing from my friend. I came in and requested a pedicure, fill, polish change and eyebrows; this was around 3pm and there were only 2 other women in the salon. After, soaking my feet in water for nearly 45 mins, a woman came over and started my pedicure. After she finished around 4:30pm...she sat me under a dryer. Service had picked up a little by then and I was left sitting in the dryer chair. Around 5pm, I asked is anyone going to do my nails or eyebrows and one woman said to me "Oh, I didn't know!" She then proceeded to complete my eyebrows (which she did a wonderful job on) then directed me to her station to start my nails. Now, I get my nails done every two weeks and get a new set after the 3rd fill. She told me I had "ring-something" in my nails and that I needed a new set. No problem, right? I asked her for a full set, she told me "No, I can't, you see we have other customers." I was furious! I had been in this place for over 2 hours and had only managed to get a mediocre pedicure and my eyebrows done. She then had an attitude and was shoving my hands around and pinching my cuticles! She was in such a rush to just get me out of her chair; she didn't even cover my nail in full polish!!! I will NEVER go here again!
