| - I wish I read these reviews before I went. Not that they address my particular experience. So, I had my 2004 Mini Cooper washed there. They broke off the driver side windshield A pillar trim in the wash. The person drying the car didn't want to take a tip because she felt bad. Too bad she doesn't run the place. Their solution was that I should buy the replacement part, they would stick it on (big deal; it snaps on with clips) and they would provide me with washes equivalent to the price of the part. Okay, things break. But here's what really got me: They claimed they aren't actually responsible for the breakage because if it was their fault, they would have broke both sides (driver and passenger side). So, what they are telling me is they know the damage isn't their fault because, if it was, the damage would have been greater! Great logic, aside from hardly instilling a sense of confidence in their process. When I told the assistant manager I didn't want his "deal" because I don't need more things broken, he just turned his back, waved his hand over his head as if dismissing me, and simply said "okay" as he walked away. Perhaps, because I have Colorado plates on the car, he figured I'd be gone and wouldn't do anything about it. Sorry, I just moved here. And I plan to do plenty about it.
BTW, I waited around 10 minutes while they tried to find the guy to write up the wash I wanted.
