  • This used to be my go-to for decent tex/mex fare. Breakfast burritos are still on point, however their tacos have taken a hit, big time. Almost everywhere in the valley serves 2 tortillas per taco. Rivas's doesn't anymore. Single, tortilla, less fillings and the same price. It's a shame because, as I mention - the Burritos are normally great. I think I'll be passing on this joint from now on.
