  • I just had the worst experience at this place. I had made an appointment for 9:30 am. I got there a few minutes early. The owner told me that the car wouldn't be ready until 3 pm. That seemed a little long for a car detailing, especially that I made an appointment in advance, but whatever. There are places to visit, things to do. I can fill the extra time. I went back to pick it up at 3 pm only to find out that they hadn't gotten to my car yet and that the earliest it would be ready is at 4:30 pm. No phone call or anything to let me know they were very much behind; just a surprise once I got there. What exactly is the point of making an appointment? If it is first come, first served then say so! I took my car and my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
