  • Plain rudeness! This company missed not one, but two appointments this past weekend for a quote. I wasted a whole morning yesterday to make up for an appointment they missed on Saturday and they called to rescheduled because "he forgot". Did not get a call yesterday at all to apologize. If this is how they treat you BEFORE they get your project imagine how bad they will be after you sign. There are many other pool companies in Phoenix that want your business. Give this one a wide berth!
