| - Purchased a refrigerator 8/7 for delivery 8/8. Delivery had a water line that was way to short for my kitchen. Delivery guys attitude was Not my problem and left, with the refrigerator about 2 feet from wall, where it still sits. I call Conn's corporate. Got hung up on, called back, got put on hold and hung up on 3 more times. And no, I was not using profanity, I just wanted answers. I called the store, Asst. mgr Ryan hung up on me. I than got my husband involved.. He called, and yes did use profanity. I called Ryan back and he said he didn't need to take the profanity. I told him he hung up on me and I used NO profanity. So I end up having to purchase my own line and Ryan ASSURES me they will have the line in between 5 & 7. So at 6p.m. I call to see just where they are. They went home! So now I have to sit home tomorrow, cancel all plans and wait for these incompetent people to hook up my refrigerator. I feel the ONLY sincere apology came from the salesperson we purchased to refrigerator from, Lerrin.
We had planned on purchasing a bedroom set from them in the very near future. Not anymore!
For the first brand new appliance I have purchased in about 20 years, you would think this would have been a fun and exciting experience.
