Having read many of the other reviews on here, it is possible that I simply got a little lucky and had a positive experience. I parked at the Selfpark lot for 6 days and I had no issues with pickup or drop off from the shuttles. The lot was rather full and we had to park further out into the lot but luckily we didn't have to wait long for a shuttle. The shuttles were prompt to pick us up from both the parking lot on departure and on return at the airport, no more than a 5-10 minute wait for both (no inclement weather on either day which probably helps). I think we were fortunate that the shuttle was mostly empty since it would have passed much of the lot prior to arriving at our bus shelter. The drivers were a little grouchy but they did their jobs fine There was a heavy snow in Toronto the day prior to picking up my car but the lot was plowed and I was able to access my vehicle easily. Many people seem to complain about the coupon barcodes not scanning but Air Transat provided a coupon code that I could enter in that was no problem at all. Overall a positive experience though the rating could be improved if service was improved and they were able to provide more information on where to park, when the next shuttle is coming, etc.
