I can top all of you. A student overdosed and died in my son's apartment two weeks ago after repeated concerns and calls from me to management starting from August 15th, day one. With five changes of management over a six week period and a chronic history of no returned calls, this is the worst possible choice for anyone wanting an education from university. . The pool area looked like the pool area from the Hard Rock in Vegas and they close theirs for two days following the weekend festivities for disinfecting. The kids who work in the office are nice but are not empowered to do anything, and clearly they have zero influence on management returning calls. The hold times are way too long and the incessant noise (can't even say music) while on hold is maddening to say the least. If I was an investor in this building, I'd have a stroke when I saw the condition of their luxury penthouse apartment, carpeting and halls.
The original leasing agent made the worst possible mismatch that resulted in my son living out of boxes instead of unpacking and driving to Cave Creek and Gilbert multiple times per week for the six weeks of hell, and walking the streets of Tempe past midnite to vacate the apartment. Good riddance.
