  • I just love when Gary answers the phone. He is just sooooooo pleasant ! I live in Santa Rosa, California. Otherwise known as Sonoma County wine country. I'm the owner and operator of a local grooming business here in our county. Ryan's Pet Supplies has been my "go-to" for the last 16 years since I got out of grooming school back in 2002. When I call, everyone is always very pleasant, cheerful and on point with their customer service. When Gary answers, I get exceptionally excited. (don't ask me why????). Feels like I've known him for years...... Maybe I have ? My orders that make their venture to California are very nicely packed and arrive with no issues. They arrive safely and efficiently. Ryan's Pet Supplies has never made a mistake or messed up on my order. In fact, I placed an order today and I will see it in 3 - 5 business days. One time I bought a clipper that wasnt the right fit for me. They returned it no questions asked and even sent me a prepaid box. HOW ABOUT THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ???? I've ordered from Groomers, Petedge, ect and no one has Ryan's best on their prices as well as their stock supply. Thank you for being there in the business RPS! And thank you Gary for being the all star in customer service. Talk to you guys soon
