  • I have used this location for oil changes and tire repairs/purchases over several years. On some occasions I have had them do needed repair jobs, some paid for with my extended warranty. They do what they say they will do, and if it is beyond their capacity, they say so. Coupons and Golden Buckeye discount help keep pricing reasonable. They interfaced smoothly with the warranty company -- no hassle for me. Sometimes they need a reminder to reset tire pressure sensors after rotations, and rim leak repairs have sometimes needed to be repeated. I hope they will maintain their Richmond Mall location, which is most convenient for me. I have been treated well by the staff there.
