LaserShip reached out to me after I posted this review to try and rectify the issue. They ended up trying to blame the company that sent the goods stating they never received the goods when their own tracking system stated the goods had been delivered to my house (which they never were).
Fast forward to today where I (unfortunately) have another shipment coming via LaserShip for GreenChef. Of course this one does not get delivered either but the rationale this time is "parcel damaged and will be discarded". I have NEVER seen a description such as this.
Several weeks ago, I reached out to Blue Apron and asked if they were able to switch shipping companies and they did so for me to FedEx. Since they I have never had any issues with deliveries from Blue Apron. I have now reached out to GreenChef to do the same thing. I recommend reaching out to the original company and seeing if they are willing to switch shipping companies.
