This might be my "go-to" coffee shop. Mainly because its a really great place to hang out in. They have so many big tables with comfortable chairs to sit in, its the perfect place to spend an afternoon studying. The whole place is really open and bright, which is probably because they have an open patio and a ton of windows.
...The windows also have a draw back because they cause the place to be pretty warm. I'm not even sure if they have air-conditioning because they always have all of the doors open, and that sometimes doesn't work so well. Sometimes I leave Cupka's a little sweaty... but overall I'm okay with that because most everything else there does it for me.
The coffee is good and the service is pretty coffee house standard- nice girls that do their job well, but aren't overly friendly. They only have three options for iced tea (which is a little odd because they could ice a hot tea of another flavor, but don't do that for some reason...)
They have a lot of nice little snacks and pastries, with a sandwich shop/deli/bar of the same name across the street.
