| - Update: After this whole incident, the service manager had us come back and replaced the whole fixture, after I had someone I know talk to someone important there...

So a couple days ago my driver side marker light went out. That's the daytime running light below the head light. My husband tried to fix it but couldn't reach it, it was impossible to reach where it is located. So my husband took the car to the service department, and they said it would be an easy fix. They "fixed" it, and my husband came home. I was pissed when I saw the headlight! There was oil splattered all inside the headlight! Wd40 oil. You couldn't even see the bulbs, the oil was a huge mess all over the plastic assembly! So we took it back, to show them, and even showed them the oil stained silver finish inside the assembly. The guy was looking at it, standing up, kneeling down, moving side to side, and says "I really don't see it". And we disagreed, we demanded they clean it up, both headlights looked brand new just an hour ago. They take it in back, and bring it out and say there you go, that's all we can do. It looked the exact same! When my husband got irate about how our headlight looks like it was purchased from a junk yard they said our only option here was to trade it in and get a new car! It's a 2014! When we said we don't want a new car, they forcefully told us to leave. I'll admit my husband was pissed and yelling, but you can see the pictures. Wouldn't you be pissed? The clear bulb is obviously the one they didn't touch.
