  • I get why this place has bad reviews. I'm like post office how bad can it be. Good lord waste of time. I had to wait in line to make an appointment to get my passport stuff done. I tried to ask questions the guy basically rushed me off. I came back this week waited forever for my appointment. Got to the lady and she was like"Why are you here" like I was stupid. I'm like to get a passport. Well looks like I didn't have the right type of ID to get it so now I have to wait again. Great. They don't answer their phone so I had to make another appointment. No one explains anything here. I am Asian I do have a mother who doesn't communicate very well as well. I'd hate to work here because godaaayumn. I'm sure they aren't rude or trying to be that's just how they are. It's busy there i know and it must suck to work there and people coming here have to deal with this. At least they have cute greeting cards.
