  • A nightmare for events, but a beauty for photos. If you're thinking of holding your wedding/engagement or any kind of large event at this venue PLEASE don't. You will highly regret it and be disappointed. Me and a team of vendors have done many many weddings and events here and there are always so many troubles we run into. Firstly, the catering/serving staff is beyond disrespectful, inhumane and unhelpful. The coordinator of our event was 7 months pregnant and had been spoken to so disrespectfully that we have decided to never to business with this company again. We had "vendor meals" (which have been paid for and arranged ahead of time) for all staff. We had to sacrifice a couple of our meals because there were a couple of unexpected guests (who did not RSVP) show up, which was not a big deal, and we accommodated to them. When the coordinator (again 7 months pregnant, hasn't eaten a proper meal, has been running around working for 15 hours that day on her feet without complaining once) kindly asked one of the servers if any leftover pasta or bread can be given to her since she had given up her meal. She was sworn at, accused of "stealing from the company for free food" and told that she was a scam artist. This entire situation was appalling. Also, aside from the terrible serving staff the in house entertainment team(that i will not name.. ) is probably one of the most difficult group of people i have, and anyone else has ever worked with. Any team of entertainment, DJs, drummers and Mc's who come to just do their jobs have all had to approach me and tell me how they were 1 the in house team was not cooperating with their technological needs (whether it being sound, lighting, or wireless systems etc) and 2 had very negative personalities (its as if they really just didn't like their jobs) Hope this helped. Go somewhere else.
