  • $532 for pulling a thorn out? We had our friend Stop at this urgent care nearby to have a thorn pulled out. I couldn't believe the bill. When did urgent care cost the same as a hospital? Although we were happy with service I just feel the need to warn folks the cost of this Urgent care. Their invoice is out of Mesa but it is for this location. I've attached picture of invoice with my friends name blocked for privacy.
