  • Our windshield got cracked by a rock while we were driving on the highway, so it was in need of repair. I called my favorite bossy shop, bit they didn't do windshield repair, so they recommended this place. If the crack is bigger than the size of a credit card, the crack can't be repaired and the windshield has to be replaced. They can do repairs the same day, but you need an appointment to get it replaced so they can order the glass. They will give you a quote over the phone and it was way cheaper than other places which was really nice. Our experience with their customer service was not good. We made an appointment and when we showed up for it, they decided to tell us they didn't have the glass. They couldn't remember who they ordered it from and they didn't call us ahead of time to tell us they didn't have it. We made a new appointment for a week later. The day before that appointment, they called to tell us they didn't have the glass even though we were told they ordered it. They seem to be very unorganized because when they talked to the person that made the appointment, they had ordered it and did have the glass, but no one wrote it down. When we got there for our appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to start working on it. I'm not sure why they do appointments if they don't use them appropriately. The waiting area is not nice. It's not finished and it's not a real room, so it's fairly exposed to the temperature outside. The bathrooms also weren't nice. All in all, they did a good job and the price was good. If you are willing to put up with bad customer service, then I would recommend this place
