| - A wonderful gem of a consignment store. Kind of a bitch to get to because it isn't close to a TTC station like the others, but worth the trek.
Near lots of rich folk in their beautiful houses, so I can imagine a lot of stuff gets dumped here.
Don't be fooled by the nasty looking store that makes you feel as though you might be walking into a middle-aged women's clothing store. This place is full of gems if you take the time to look.
Few things I spotted:
-- Repetto Paris Houndstooth ballet flats, unfortunately the heel was 2" and kind of weird looking for me (versus a very flat Repetto flat), for about $100 (these flats normally go for around $300 AND UP)
-- Lots of Frye Boots (if you're into that)
-- DVF wrap dresses around $100 (I picked up one)
-- Lots of Theory, Vince and Paige Jeans
-- Practically like-new Louboutin camel hair (?) shoes for a quarter of the price; I don't wear super high heels (can't walk in them), but if I did, I'd buy these in a heartbeat.
This is one of the best places for consignment thrift shopping for SHOES I have ever been in. OMG. What a selection! The prices are also quite reasonable considering they normally start at $300+ - $600, they're selling for $60 - $150.
The ONLY thing not letting me give it 5 stars, is that it is not organized by size, but by colour.
Yeah, I get it... it's great to have it by colour so you can pick a colour but I prefer it by size because I can glance to see if there are any of my sizes and then not bother looking at anything above that will be too big on me.
Their stuff is slightly less modern as a whole (not as well curated like the others), but it isn't a dump at all.
