  • The service I have been receiving has been wonderful. My puppers was having seizures, turns out it's valley fever, which sucks. But this team has been so thorough, I received one to two calls each day until we got these seizures under control. I would tell them what was going on and they would adjust the treatment game-plan as needed. I'm sure all vets care about animals, but this is the first vet I've had that actively engages me to find out where his progress is at, others seemed to have a "the owner will call if there's an issue" disposition. I read other reviews which spoke of high prices; The first series of tests recommended were out of my budget, when I told them that, the doctor suggested which tests would most likely identify the problem and the treatment was much more financially manageable. I believe they give you a list of the best plan of action, but if you can't afford that they try to trim where it's safe to do so. I am so appreciative of this whole staff for the empathy they have and their passion to find solutions.
