Being from the Motor City you come to expect certain things when buying or leasing a vehicle. They want you to add on so many things you don't need and try and make you feel bad for saying no. We have Ford Dealers in our family and even Ford Dealership owners so we know all the tricks and bologna. My mom was ready to trade in her car and was told to be there at 4 pm the next day to pick up her new car. We get there and and another salesman took the car and sold it to someone else. We had to wait around forever until they found another car and then after being there for over 4 hours we had to go home in a loaner and have the new car brought to us the next day. Our salesman Dominic was great, he let my 67 year old mom call my brother the Ford salesman to make sure she wasn't being screwed over and he was super pissed as well when his co worker took his car and sold it to someone else.
