  • Alright, so here's the thing: their cookies are delicious, absolutely phenomenal. But I doubt I'll ever get delivery from them again. They messed up my order, and then I called and was told that my missing ice cream would be delivered shortly. 2 hours and nothing. No call. I called headquarters and explained the situation; the man I spoke to was very nice and offered me a coupon for 6 free cookies as well as a complete refund for my order, which should show up in my bank account "within 5 business days." 2 weeks passed and I saw no refund. I called and they said they would give it to me. It's been 5 business days. I'm fed up. Their whole system is clearly very disorganized. I've heard from other people that they had similar experiences with Insomnia Cookies delivery. But like... 2 stars cause their cookies are very good. I'll probably swing by the store in person at some point but I will NEVER use their delivery again.
