Our technician (I think he might be the owner) was astounding.
He went through a lot to get our washing machine working and, at the end the price was very fair. I kind of felt like I was robbing him.
He was very trustworthy.
The manufacturer caused him to waste some time through their incompetence and he didn't charge us for that time, even though he had to take multiple trips. While it may seem obvious that this is the way it should me, past experience tells me it is very uncommon.
If I have another device that needs to be repaired on my dime, I'm calling 5 Volt, first. I'll call them even before I call the manufacturer for a list of repairmen.
I can do it that way because this experience suggests they will either be up to the task and do it right or they will tell me it's not their wheelhouse and direct me to the right person.
5 Volt is an excellent resource to have located in Las Vegas.
