I was a new patient and it was my first time here. I waited for an hour and a half. I'm sorry, but one hour and thirty minutes is such a horrible first impression that I got up and cancelled my appointment. I had not even been seen yet after that long, so I can't imagine the doctors would be the type to put thoughtful care into my time with them. That gives me the impression that they double book patients or even quadruple book just for the money.
Plus, the tiny waiting area was PACKED. I almost could not find a seat to sit and was sandwiched between two young teenagers who were related and both had toddlers on their laps. They decided to have a conversation between each other while I sat between them. Awkward.
Not to mention it was filled with kids. I guess I missed the memo that this was a primary provider for children and not so much adults. I am finding another dentist.
