  • I would give zero stars if I could. This places return policy is awful and they don't even take in consideration case by case exceptions. Their store is a little crappy whole in the wall no wonder why they scam struggling college students out their money. I recently dropped all my classes and due to some personal/family hardships and I hate to pull "I am a veteran card" but I will have to pay that money back and they can't even consider my situation. I rented an $80 textbook there and haven't even used it. Half the time they don't even have books in stock. I also got a book from the UNLV bookstore on campus, and I explained my situation to them and they gave me the refund no questions asked. This place sucks and I will never be using their services again. You're better off going to the main UNLV bookstore or Rebel books across the street. Or get your books from Amazon or Chegg. They are nothing but scammers. Thanks a lot!
