I cannot thank you enough for Faith. From my initial contact with her until now, she has been professional, courteous, and has gone above and beyond to help my family.
Initially when I applied at Prime I applied online. It was quick and easy! They have you select the floor plan you want so there isn't any confusion. You are also able to select the apartment number which makes things easier. After applying online, I came in to view the apartments. I was greeted by a warm , outgoing young woman who identified herself as Faith. She was great! She answered a slew of questions and toured the property with me. After falling in love with the model apt (the Winchester unit) , she told me to get a $50 money order and come back. Easy!
I got the money order and returned. Approximately 45 minutes later I received an email saying Congratulations! I was so happy! The open, ADA friendly unit, plenty space to put all my daughters medical equipment made this worth every dime. I quickly accepted the offer for a Winchester unit on the 4th floor. We set up a time to meet the next day. When I got there, Faith advised me that unfortunately another agent had rented the unit I applied for & that she had no other Winchester units to my specifications available. Alternatively, she offered to put us into a Nottingham until a Winchester became available. Same sq ft, just different layout. I agreed. After moving in I realized it was just not what I wanted. I went back & asked for I originally applied for. Faith told me she would see what she could do and let me know. 10 days later a Winchester became available! I was ecstatic. I was told to pay a 200$ transfer fee & I quickly agreed. We transferred to the real unit & it was beautiful. Fully renovated , double doors for easy wheel chair access, granite countertops, you name it. Unfortunately there were roaches. Lots of them. In the refrigerator. In the dishwasher. On the kitchen cabinets. There was also dirt. On the baseboards. On the walls. The screen door to the patio felt "stuck. The refrigerator leaked. Pools on water inside constantly. The unit faced the Siegel Suites. The noise level was UNREAL. Fortunately, i was able to enter a work order for these. Maintenance came swiftly and resolved every single minor issue. Within 3 days pest control came and did their thing. I was amazed at the fact that the poison was so effective so quickly.
Faith & your maintenance team cannot be stopped! Please relay to them directly that their hard work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Please see my next review of PRIME related to my interactions with the apt Mgr Noelle . I want the public to see a clear and honest review from a brand new tenant who has been here weeks.
