  • Worst place ever for tire replacement. I went there with a need for tire replacement and they sold me a Hercules tire. Now I don't know anything about tires so I expected them to give me information that I would need to replace both tires. However, all they did was replace the tire and then my car started swaying to the right. So in a week's time with minimal running of the car I try to take it back to return the tire after seeing bad reviews about Hercules tires themselves. The tire was brand new and they refused to cut me a deal to return the brand new tire. They are just a bunch of ripoffs. Even when replacing the tire the mechanic was cursing about German cars in front of me, Very unprofessional. I will never go there again. They sold me a tire from a bad company and refused to honor customer service. they should shut this location down as it is spoiling the Fletcher name.
