  • New management? Quality of work has decreased TREMENDOUSLY...seems to be the more recent trending topic with this location. This used to be my regular spot until recently. I would even refer my friends and family to this place! What used to be a 1hr wash - now takes 3hrs. The wait took so long I was forced to take my car out of line so I wouldnt be late for work. My girlfriend went back a few days later to get an 'Express Wash' and even that took over 2hrs. From what I observed, it seems to be an issue with management. They were well understaffed and they greatly lacked organization in the process. I even watched what looked to be the manager wipe a couple panels on a car before stopping to wait for the next car - ultimately making the effort to look busy but in actuality, not helping at all. Wont be coming back...plenty of other car washes in town with much better service.
