Great restaurant and service! Though my guest and I did not have reservations, we were still accomodated and seated right away. The general manager, Matt was very nice. Jim, the bartender, made an awesome "mango" mojito.
For appetizers, we had the Ahi Tuna Tarter and for dinner, I had the chilean sea bass (which was great ~ melted in my mouth) and the onions & jalepenos. Everything was wonderful.
Every 30 minutes the wall & ceiling would switch...get it. :-)
Encore itself is more of a boutique hotel (chic & elegant) with great restaurants, clubs, and stores. Love it!
