| - Ordered two basic and simple rolls and received sushi that looked rolled by a child. Sloppy presentation and rice was super tacky to the point of staleness. Decided not to buy any more rolls since they failed the first two tester rolls. If you cannot make a spicy tuna roll you have no business calling yourself a sushi place. Pad Thai sounded yummy and ordered chicken added to the dish. We were going to forgive the rolls since we can be a little snooty about sushi, but shouldn't you be? Its not like you ordered anything cheap. After two bites into the Pad Thai I bit into a bone! Mmm...wasnt expecting that! I spit out the bone and looked through the Pad Thai to find three bone shards in the noodles. Wanting to bring it to the attention of the management, cause I would want to know if it were my place if bone fragements were being served by accident to my patrons, we waited 15 mins to be told that they would make us another dish. Aftering waiting for so long, the appetite for this place was gone and we asked if they could just remove the item from the bill. The manager said,"Of course, sorry." No big deal until we got the bill and only the additional charge for chicken was removed from the bill. Asking to speak to the manager again since we were told the entree was going to be removed we were told, "I took the chicken off since that is what you had a problem with and everyone know that is the risk you take when eating chicken, cuz chicken's have bones." WHAT?! I was dumbfounded, not only bad food, bad service from management (server was great!) but we were actually insulted! Wow, interesting business ethics. No mo Moto fo sho!
