I purchased a rotisserie chicken from Costco yesterday, which I have done many times. Apparently this chicken was not cooked to the right temperature and I got food poisoning. I was up all night with vomiting and diarrhea. I called the store on Galleria Way today and spoke to someone named David who said he was a manager. I explained what happened and he was very non caring and said come in and get a full refund and fill out an incident report. I asked if this ever happened before and he said yes if the employee is not careful with the handling and cooking of the chicken. He showed no real concern or caring. He apparently doesn't understand the seriousness of eating under cooked chicken. I like Costco and have been a member over 25 years, but lately the choice of Employees leaves a lot to be desired.
