| - Terrible, terrible service. I called the 702 228 7433 to report an incident that I had witnessed down at thr Bonneville Center. The people who answer the initial call are nice enough. But then they transfer you to another line or office. Where you sit on endless hold, listening to bad on hold mudic and advertising in spanish. After 20 min I gave up. But I did try this 3 times, and EVERY time, the same result. There is literally no one there who handles calls. How ling csn you listen to an automated system tell you, "there are zero callers ahead of you in the que" before you realize, there is no one there to answer you.
Point is. These people could care less about customer service, they don't even make a bad attempt at it. This can only be, because for the most part? They provide service to poor moniotites, the elderly and the handicaped. Demographic groups politiciants snd government could care less about.
I even went so far as to call KVVU local Fox channel 5 about the issue. To see if they might be interested in looking into it. And like anyone else, they could care less.
If I could give gge RTC 0 or minus stars? I would, they are that bad.
