In 2002, I attended my first Mustang gathering and cruise at this dealership, which was a really nice atmosphere and a lot of fun.
A few years later, when it was time to potentially upgrade that car, my wife went to the dealership while I was at work to try and make an offer on a Cobra.
Apparently, Mustang Cobras are some sort of prestigious marque which command several thousand dollars above MSRP and expecting to pay at, or below MSRP, or use an employer negotiated X-plan will cause the salesperson to laugh at you and call your offer "stupid".
My wife left, offended and we haven't bought a Ford from any dealer since.
I kept my old Mustang for a while longer before buying a German car and my wife is looking at a Honda. Way better dealer networks, when taking into account similar attitudes that I've encountered at World Ford and Capitol Ford. We're done with Ford dealers.
