  • This gym is a joke. I only joined for Sandra's amazing Zumba classes but unfortunately smart gym decided to get rid of all their group classes. When this happened I decided to cancel my membership....here's where it gets fun. I had to go in there FIVE TIMES before my membership was properly cancelled. Ridiculous. Make sure you get everything in writing because they will try and screw you. Now 3 months later I'm being charged for a "yearly enhancement fee" even though I'm NOT A MEMBER! Management is truly unorganized and it's just a mess. I do not recommend smart gym.
