  • I am a graduate from this school. So know that before continued reading. I have been through the halls, classes, dorms, library, dining halls, and everything else. So first I'll start with how beautiful the campus is. Everyday it gets better and better. There are countless places to go to enjoy the outdoors. There are gardens and ponds to walk by on a nice evening walk. You don't have to be a student to walk around here. There are plenty of places to eat on campus as well. And once again you don't have to be a student to enjoy them. Some prices are more expensive so just stay smart. You're already on Yelp so that means you are somewhat smart! The university is continuing to grow every year in size. The campus is one of the largest in the state of North Carolina and the student population is growing every year to above 25 thousand and more. There are a couple of negatives that come to mind that followed me throughout my days here. Parking sucks. There are a ton of people on campus all looking for the same thing. It gets vicious. And the parking police do not care about you. Traffic is horrific after classes get out. So if you don't have to drive on campus, don't. Also college is expensive. But where is it not?? I can't wait to watch what this college continues to grow into. It'll be a bumpy road but the ending will be great.
