I give three stars because Dr Byrne has been helpful but the staff has been less than helpful. I tried to transfer a prescription but they transferred the wrong one after it took them over 24 hours (Monday-Tuesday). According to who I spoke to, they had no record the correct medication was ever prescribed to me (my Walgreens prescription bottle begs to differ). That is after 4 phone calls and at least 5 minutes of hold time on each call. Frustrating beyond belief!
