| - I pick the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as my retreat. The hotel staff took my bags and I was given a ride to the front door, of my villa. While talking the beauty of it all in, there was a knock at the door. I was shock to find out that I had a butler. I thought it was a joke, but it came as part of my room service. He gave me alot of information about things I should see and do during my week vacation. Just walking the grounds I saw how things was relaxed. They had rabbits on the grounds and you actually could walk up to them and almost touch them. I was to scared too. Even the quails(?) let you get inches from them. The golf course, waterfalls, event rooms and restaurants, allowed to stay put for a few days.
I did venture to the spa. It was all nice. the waiting area spoke tons for what to expect. So many attendants around, your every need met. I did get the Willow stream element package at the spa. My, my, my. I still get chills thinking how wonderful it was. It consist of the elements. Air, water, fire and earth. But I must admit. Earth was the best part. Honey, I'll take that mud being put on me anytime. 90 minutes of total relaxation and pleasure. The massage was very good also. The rooftop pool was beautiful. I didn't want to get in after such a nice day at the spa. I had lunch while at the spa. The eating area was open, sunny. Ponds off to the side and birds flying above. The lite meal was refreshing and the lemonade was good.
I do recommend to anyone to go. I didn't go during spa week. I went when I could relax and enjoy myself without having such a crowd. I plan to return. Ultimate experience
