The driest, slowest customer service in a company. They "need to get the car ready" whatever the heck that means since I've rented at this location (not company) and you just go to the garage and get your car. They don't even have the car you rent online. It gets the job done and compared to other companies I guess it's not as bad but FAR FAR away from being the best or even descent. Don't expect them to be helpful either. As a matter of fact, their slogan should be "SO BAD IT HERTZ".
