| - Extremely unhelpful and very rude. The captains are great, very knowledgeable. However the desk staff and mostly the flight attendants said things like "please take your seats quicker so we can take off in time, It would make my day a lot better." In a very rude manner to which all of the people around me in their seats looked around at eachother in awe that someone working in the service industry just said that. After about 12 minutes off of the ground, we had to do an emergency landing (this happens, again no complaints when it comes to the captains, they handled it very professionally and calmly) after we were ordered to deplane, many people had a lot of questions and we're trying to ask the attendant at the front what was going on. After once of telling us that we would be boarding again shortly, she proceeded to tell everyone again a second time about 3 minutes later. HOWEVER this time at the beginning of her statement she said "maybe a little slower this time." And continued very slowly as if we were all idiots. Overall, they were pushy, unhelpful and did nothing to make anyone at ease.
This was a completely full flight, many people were confused and many of the people surrounding me scoffed in disbelief that yet again, someone could be so rude.
Delta, I urge you to retrain these people working for your company. I won't be flying delta again.
