Sometimes the actions of one (or inaction) can be the sole basis of a review, like this one.
It's obviously busy, being in an airport and all. They have one guy making coffee, one at the register, and one stocking. The guy making coffee made it a point to move slowly, meandering from the cups to the drip to the customer. How slow? Good question: picture those individuals who go to Disneyland for the very first time. You know how they sort of move around like a zombie because they are looking at everything in wonderment? That slow. Never seen that in real life? YouTube the three-toed sloth. That's another good comparison.
If you find yourself in Charolette Airport, and want to wait less than 20 minutes for coffee, go somewhere else.
