  • I wanted to get my hair washed and blowdried because of a shoulder injury. Not even blowdried straight, or one of those fancy blowdries, simply just dried. My hair is bra-strap length, and the woman told me that it costs $70, despite the price list on the wall stating that it's $30 for STYLING short hair, and $45 for STYLING long hair. I was willing to pay $45 and I didn't even want it styled! I reiterated I just wanted to get it blowdried while pointing out the pricing on the wall, and she snapped at me and told me that my hair was too long and didn't qualify as long hair for pricing?!? Also, the manager was in the salon at the time (she's cut my hair in the past) and was silent. So much for being affordable salon who cares about customer service. I walked across the parking lot to the Walmart and got my hair washed and blowdried at the salon there, on the spot for $20.
